Get Your Physical Now, Be Prepared for Sports and Camp this Summer

Visit any Immediate Care Medical Walk-In location to receive a physical and be prepared for camp and sports this summer. Recreational and school sports as well as camp facilities require up-to-date physical exams before an adolescent can take part in activities.

Sports and camp physicals are not only mandatory, but they also ensure that you are fully prepared for all summer sporting and camp events. During your visit, Immediate Care providers will review your medical history, assess for allergy and asthma and administer a full fitness assessment. The exam will also include a vision test, vitals check and flexibility examination. Be sure to bring a list of current medications and supplements, medical records including past vaccinations and any paperwork for Immediate Care providers to complete. Immediate Care offers physicals, seven days a week with no appointment necessary for anyone over the age of two.
