Cold Temperature Good for Our Health?

Colder temperatures may help reduce allergies and inflammation and research has shown that it does help us think more clearly and perform daily tasks more efficiently.

Another surprising fact is when it’s cold, your body has to work harder to maintain its core body temperature — and as a result, we burn more calories.

The cold can also help lower the risk of some diseases. Mosquitoes that carry diseases such as Zika, West Nile Virus and Malaria are not around during the winter season.
